prominent Dayton restaurant's name in connection with new restaurant. Judge Rose

In a major victory for Morris & Morris, Judge Bertelsman denied the LFUCG's request
to dismiss all of the Doe IV abuse victims' claims and granted the Doe IV Plaintiffs'
request to reinstate their claims against the individuals who held positions of authority
but failed to protect them from known abuse. The Judge further held that there was
evidence that the LFUCG's failure to act was motivated by a desire to garner votes.
